The holiday home Le Cocon is located in Villalier and is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. The 130 m² property features a living room with a sofa bed for two, a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating up to six guests. Additional amenities include a TV. A baby cot and high chair are available on request. The outdoor area offers a private pool (2 m × 2 m) with built-in benches, ideal for cooling off or enjoying a drink with your feet in the water, an adjoining terrace, a garden, a shared terrace, and a gas plancha (barbecue not allowed). Free street parking is available. The accommodation is part of a private estate. The south-facing terrace is fully reserved for guests and is not overlooked by the owners’ private area. Pets, smoking, and events are not permitted. Towels and bed linen are not provided, but can be rented on request for an extra fee. Air conditioning is supplied by a small mobile unit in the living area, and Wi-Fi is not available. Please respect the check-in (between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.) and check-out times (before 10 a.m.) to ensure a smooth stay for everyone. The property offers a convenient check-in system.
